"King House" hotel in Bishkek

No idea how they got so many good reviews. The hygiene is abysmal, but lets say you are minimalistic and clean yourself. You still wont be able to sleep because the hotel is literally right next to train tracks with constant loud trains passing. If you are fine with the noise too, please also prepare for horrid smell, as there is a garbage disposal facility on the other side. I kid you not, the location is comically bad. They charge 3000 som a night or 2000 if you are a regular. They wont clean your room, but you get one role of toilet paper (the cheap one layer kindper week. They offer a breakfast for an extra charge, and it is as bad as you could imagine. There are some pretty good high class hotels for 3000 som. Try the hotel gold dragon. Same price, 5 star room. If they got more expensive by the time you are reading this, there are others. But yeah, absolutely no reason to come to this place unless you hate yourself or want to book a place for your worst enemy.

When you arrive after a long journey hoping for a hot shower and get few drops of cold water (soap on, of courseand surprised staff unwilling to cooperate. 4 rooms - same story. We experienced a lot more hospitality and comfort in yurts, off-grid in the outback then in this capital hotel.

Based on the promotional price I paid via Agoda.com I am satisfied with the stay. The location is very good and the interior, though in need of sizable maintenance throughout, was pleasant. The only negatives worth mentioning are that the towels smelt quite bad, and no bathroom tissue was present. Aside from these points, the staff were friendly enough and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Раньше лет 5 назад было хорошо. Сейчас просто ужас. Комнаты не понятно как покрашены.Очень плохо убирают. Полотенца вонючие и номера тоже.Из кроватей торчат пружины. В общем комнаты в запущенном состоянии. Все резетки на соплях. Не рекомендую.

It is an excellent hotel. Very dedicated and friendly staff.Very high level of hospitality.We felt like living with family. Highly recommend.

Good Hotel in Bishkek low price

Asa ceva nu recomand nici la dușmanii mei. Nimic nu este adevărat din ce vedeți pe site. În ciuda faptului ca am ajuns la miezul nopții, am refuzat categoric și am cautat alt hotel. Nu recomand acest hotel care nu merita nici măcar o stea.

Отличное заведение, размещал там своих гостей иностранцев им тоже все понравилось, вкусная еда, доброжелательный и внимательный персонал. Близко к центру. Комфортные условия проживания.

Ужас, ужас одним словом. Сделали акцию и сертификаты, люди на это поверили и купили эти чертевые сертификаты, номера в ужасном состоянии, пишут про бассейн по факту нету никакого бассейна+ ко всему предлагают интимные услуги. Ужас просто, никому не советуем. А фотографии на странице просто обман. Люди не верьте!

Tasty breakfast, great sauna with an outdoor swimming pool, and most importantly a clean pool. For a family holiday the most.

+ pool+ large room+ breakfast buffet+ clean room and bathroom+ fresh smelling sheets- located next to the railroad tracks. Trains woke me up 6 times during the night- location is quite far off centre and in a little shady area- lack of water pressure in the shower- no bedside lights- bad tasting instant coffee at breakfast
